Tune Into Your Intuition

A friend called me to talk through what could only be described as moments of intuition and synchronicity.

Have you had that moment when you're at a fork in the road and wondering or pondering that tug at your heart? Then our mind has the habit of kicking in, to question what's coming up where questioning and confusion sets in.

When we take a moment to quieten our mind, step away from an automatic response, our intuition is there for us, always, monitoring the situation to help steer us in the best way.

Can you hear the message, paying attention, living a life that keeps the pathway to our intuition, open and to be heard?

Feeding and nurturing our intuition, tuning into its wisdom, is a powerful way to thrive at work and in life.

Intuition is seeing with the soul.

MY FAVOURITE 5 – to be in-touch with your intuition

1. Be quiet
Practice taking time out every day to experience silence, to calm your mind with traditional or active meditation like yoga or going for a walk. Release your need to think, analyze, and know everything as the best information can come from deep within.

2. Be open
Open yourself to the gift of intuition and accept what is has to tell you. Our ego often thinks it has it 'all figured out' with our true path looking different to the one we're on. Instead commit to being open to new possibilities.

3. Be creative
There are many ways to be creative ~ painting, writing, dancing, cooking to name a few ~endless options. Do something that helps you get into the 'flow' that special place where time seems to fly by and the work is your guide. Creativity is an expression of your soul and goes hand-in-hand with intuitive guidance.

4. Ask questions
When we ask ourselves questions, we open ourselves to gaining additional insight and clarity. Checking in with 'what is the next step I need to take' ~knowing that you already know what you need to know. Then trust yourself as you have everything you need within.

5. Then journal
When we write, we allow ourselves to tap into thoughts, feelings, ideas and a direction that we're are not consciously aware of. That's me since I committed to writing weekly, allowing my truth to come forth, to gain insight from my inner self and I love it.

Learning to trust my intuition, becoming increasingly aware of how synchronicity plays a part in how life unfolds.

And I realise everything is perfect and nothing needs fixing.

If you are loving this week's journal you have the OK from me, to share with your friends, family or someone you just met. Pay it forward, changing the world, one conversation at a time.
