It's Sunday and I'm got that feeling like I'm a little behind on my schedule. You see I made a commitment to post my journal each week around Friday, and I'm now at + 2 days. It's not that I hadn't done the work, rather I started while I was finishing the previous journal and it needed refining and my focus.
As the sun set on the first day of a new year, I reflected on my experience. I've loved it - early wake up, no where to rush to, on cruise mode with a beach walk to breathe in the sea air and set the tone for day one.
